1.3. Taleino is a digital creative service designed primarily for parents, legal guardians, and other authorized adults who create personalized stories and related content for children.

1.4. Taleino does not require children to create accounts in order to use the service. Accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. Taleino provides software tools that allow Users to create personalized digital stories and related creative content.

2.2. Depending on the features available at the time of use, Taleino may provide:

• personalized stories;
• AI-generated illustrations;
• audio or narration;
• story customization;
• digital story storage;
• downloading or sharing of generated content;
• other related digital creative features.

2.3. Taleino is an entertainment and creative service. The Platform does not provide professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2.4. Taleino-generated content should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or professional assessment.

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1. Taleino uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to generate stories, illustrations, audio, and other content.

3.2. AI-generated content is produced automatically and may occasionally contain:

• factual inaccuracies;
• inconsistencies;
• unexpected characters or events;
• inappropriate wording;
• incorrect descriptions;

3.3. Taleino does not guarantee that every generated story, illustration, or other output will meet the User's expectations.

3.4. The User should review generated content before presenting it to a child or sharing it with another person.

3.5. Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for determining whether content generated through Taleino is appropriate for a particular child.

3.6. Taleino may refuse, modify, restrict, or regenerate content where automated safety systems or other controls determine that a request may violate the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable safety requirements.

4. No Professional Advice

4.1. Taleino is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational, legal, or financial advisory service.

4.2. Stories and other content generated by Taleino are intended for entertainment and general creative or educational purposes only.

4.3. Users must not rely on Taleino-generated content as professional advice or as a substitute for qualified professional assistance.

4.4. If a User has concerns regarding a child's health, development, psychological wellbeing, safety, education, or other serious matter, the User should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Child Safety and Parental Responsibility

5.1. Taleino is designed for adults who create personalized content for children.

5.2. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for reviewing and supervising the use of Taleino-generated content.

5.3. Users must not submit unnecessary sensitive information about children.

5.4. Users must have the appropriate authority and lawful basis to provide information relating to a child to Taleino.

5.5. Taleino does not guarantee that automated content generation will always produce content suitable for every age or individual child.

7.3. Story, image, or audio generation may occasionally fail or require regeneration due to technical or AI-related issues.

7.4. Where applicable, Taleino may provide a replacement generation, restore access, or other remedy in accordance with the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Payments

8.1. Taleino provides access to digital services and content in exchange for the applicable subscription fee or other price displayed on the Platform.

8.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers selected by Taleino.

8.3. Taleino does not operate as a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, broker, or financial service provider.

8.4. Taleino does not hold User funds or provide financial services.

8.5. Payment card information may be processed directly by the applicable payment provider and is subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

8.6. Taleino may receive limited payment-related information necessary to identify transactions, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting records.

8.7. Prices, billing periods, taxes where applicable, subscription terms, and available payment methods are displayed to the User before purchase.

8.8. Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the Taleino Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

9. Digital Content

9.1. Taleino primarily provides digital services and digitally generated content.

9.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Taleino does not sell physical books, toys, merchandise, or other physical products.

9.3. Generated content may be available to the User only while the relevant account, subscription, or service remains available, subject to the Terms of Service.

9.4. Taleino does not guarantee permanent storage or permanent availability of previously generated content.

9.5. Users are responsible for downloading or otherwise saving content they wish to retain where download functionality is provided.

10. Intellectual Property and User Content

10.1. Taleino's software, website, interface, branding, trademarks, design, documentation, and other proprietary materials remain the property of Taleino or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

10.2. Users retain the rights they have in materials they submit to Taleino, subject to the licenses and permissions necessary for Taleino to provide the service.

10.3. The rights applicable to AI-generated stories, illustrations, audio, and other generated content are governed by the Terms of Service.

10.4. Users are responsible for ensuring that materials they submit to Taleino do not infringe the rights of third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taleino shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• reliance on inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated content;
• a User's failure to review generated content;
• temporary unavailability of the Platform;
• failures or interruptions of third-party services;
• loss of content that the User failed to download or otherwise retain;
• unauthorized access resulting from the User's failure to protect account credentials;
• misuse of the Platform by the User;
• circumstances beyond Taleino's reasonable control.

11.2. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11.3. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

12. Consumer Rights

12.1. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit statutory consumer rights applicable to Users under mandatory law.

12.2. Where applicable law provides mandatory rights relating to digital content or digital services, those rights remain unaffected by this Disclaimer.

12.3. Information regarding cancellation and refunds is provided in the Taleino Refund Policy.

13. Changes to This Disclaimer

13.1. Taleino may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, its services, applicable law, or business practices.

13.2. The updated version will be published on the Taleino website and will become effective on the date specified in the updated version.

13.3. Where required by applicable law, Users will be notified of material changes through appropriate means.

13.4. Continued use of Taleino after the effective date of an updated Disclaimer constitutes acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
